What does a blank screen indicate?

First, press buttons B and C together for 3 seconds to see whether the watch is in sleep mode. If the screen remains blank, or the seconds stop counting, then the watch requires immediate service. Please contact the OV-Watch® Customer Service at 1-877-249-BABY (2229).
