The producers for a PBS NOVA series on Human Nature are working on a documentary film on relationships, and the way they shape our human experience. They're looking at three broad categories of relationships: family, friends, and lovers, and exploring the reasons why these relationships are so important to our emotional wellbeing. They're also looking at the stumbling blocks we face in creating/maintaining these relationships, as well as the things we can do to better deal with the issues we all face. One of the topics they are focusing on is motherhood: the richness of this experience, with all of its joys and challenges.

They are looking for a couple who are about to become first time parents expecting twins. They would like to follow this family from the last trimester through to the first few months of life, charting their experience along the way. They will portray this journey in a respectful and humane manner: they would check in with the parents and child every few weeks, charting their progress and their feelings about the shifting course of parenthood. Parenthood is a deeply rewarding experience - but it's not without it's challenges, and PBS hopes that portraying it honestly will give them a deeper understanding of what it means to be human. Multiple births are also becoming increasingly common in America, and exploring the richness of this experience will hopefully prove beneficial to future expectant parents.

The producer has asked us to reach out to our professional community for recommendations for couples who might be interested. Ideally, they are looking for a mother who would be delivering twins in September or October. They are looking for couples interested in participating in a few metro areas across the US.

   SUCCESS STORIES

Gail, Iowa

After 5 years of trying and years of fertility medication....Baby on the way!!! I started using 150mg of Clomid in February with the OV Watch. I figured that using both would only increase our chances. I do not ovulate regularly which is why the Clomid was needed. After 7 months of using the OV Watch it finally happened. I found it interesting how my fertile days where a few days off of each other on a monthly basis. Turns out I ovulated around day 15-18. Not sure if we will try again in the future, but if we do, I know we will be using the OV Watch!! Thank you for helping us!! I have told a lot of friends about the product and they will be using once they are ready to start their family.

Jana, Boston

We had been trying for 7 months and I was starting to worry since I was 36. I was never truly confident taking my temperature and using ovulation kits. I felt much more confident using OV watch. It corroborated what I had learned using the other methods and I felt so much more relaxed and sure. Most importantly, it allowed us to optimize our timing. It did the trick - we used it just one month. What a fabulous product - I would recommend it to anyone trying to get pregnant.
